• You can also just send us payment for items through PayPal by using the "Send Money" tab at the www.PayPal.com web site and our special e-mail address "order@trainbuddy.com" and put the item numbers in the payment note.
• Or you may also call us at either phone number shown at the bottom of every page [(919) 562-4378 or (919) 369-2373] and rattle off the item numbers that you would like to order.

Confirmation/Acknowledgement:

We will send you an e-mail

1. confirming your purchase,
2. showing the items that are immediately ready for shipment or pick-up,
3. items that will typically be received in 2 to 3 days at Train Buddy for shipment or pick-up and
4. items that are not available, back-ordered through our distributors or manufacturers, discontinued items and reservations.

Special Note Regarding Reservations and Re-Stocking Fees.

All reservations or items not currently in production but scheduled for production must be accompanied by 50% of the suggested retail price as a deposit before the reservation is accepted by Train Buddy.  Any reservation that is cancelled by the manufacturer is a refund to you of your deposit.  A deposit will not be refunded for reservations or products that are shipped by the manufacturer or distributor, received by Train Buddy and then are refused.  Items which are received by Train Buddy and refused but are not advanced reservation will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
