The following shipping information applies to all Train Buddy orders.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

For your protection, we can only ship to your billing address. After 90
days, you will be able to ship packages to an alternate location. We apologize
for any inconvenience.

orders over $200.00, $13.75 flat.
Any shipping
overages for weight, size, or hazardous (like some G scale items, plaster, foam,
some chemicals and some paint) are added before shipment, billed separately and
must be paid before shipment will be released. These are not currently
calculated by the Train Buddy PayPal account. We are working to correct
this situation.
priority:
2 business days from ship date
standard rate PLUS $10.10 to 40.70 up to 10 lbs. to zone 8. Actual overage
will be billed separately.
rush: next business day from ship date
standard rate PLUS $14.25 to 62.75 up to 10 lbs. to zone 8. Actual overage
will be billed separately.
North Carolina
residents will be charged sales tax.
Most orders ship within 72 hours.
Orders received after 12:00pm EST are processed on the next business day.
Backorders
We will hold your merchandise until the value exceeds $20.00 and then ship to
you free of any shipping and handling charge. You can also choose to have us
ship out-of-stock merchandise as it becomes available for a $4.00 s&h charge per
shipment.
We will guarantee the price of backorders for six months from the time of the
order. Backorders not shipped within six months will be cancelled and prepaid
funds will be returned. We cannot guarantee the availability of any item.
